The National University of Lesotho is currently established under the University Act. Act No. 13 of 1975 and its amendments of 1976, (Act No. 10.), 1984 (Act No. 7), 1985 (Act No. 4), and the National University (Amendment) Order, Order No. 21 of 1989.

The 1975 Act, its Statutes and Ordinances and its amendments are currently under review. A revised University Act is expected sometime this year, therefore the Acts and Statutes do not appear herein.

Upon the implementation of the new University Act, the University will issue the publication under a separate cover.

Presently, all Statutes and Ordinances contained within the 1975 Act or any of its Amendments are still in force.
