The Faculty of Law offers full-time courses leading to the following degrees:
Bachelor of Laws, hereinafter referred to as LL.B.
Master of Laws, hereinafter referred to as LL.M.
Post-Graduate Diploma in Conciliation and Arbitration
 
Faculty Prizes:
1. The Lesotho National Insurance Corporation Prize:
For the best student in the Bachelor of Arts, Law programme, year four who attains a minimum mean of 70%
2. The Juta Prize:
For the best student in the LL.B. programme who attains a minimum mean of 70%.
3. MokheleKabi Memorial Prize:
For the student with best average mark in Mercantile Law I and Mercantile Law II which must at least be 70%.
4. The African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO) Prize:
For the best dissertation in the Law of Intellectual Property which attains a mark of at least 70%
5. MaileMosisili Memorial Award
For the best student in Constitutional Law attaining a mean of 70 percent
