Some students are accormmodated in halls of residence of varying types and sizes. All these are on the main campus and within easy reawch of the library, lecture rooms, sports fields and the health centre. groups of halls of residence are under the supervision of a Warden/Student welfaree officer in co-operation with House Committees elected by residents. Study bedrookms are normally shared.
The University is not in a position to accommodate all students in the halls of residence. Only 20% of the students can be housed hence preference and priority are given to freshmen, completing students and international students.
