The University can only accommodate 1301 students on campus and therefore most senior students normally look for accommodation outside of our campus.

Off Campus Residence Fee Refund:

1. Residence fee refunds are not calculated on a daily basis.

2. residence fees will be refunded per semester.

3. Exceptions to 2. above can only be granted if:

1. A medical recommendation is made to justify continued shared accommodation as a hazard/risk to one's or others' lives.
2. Students are evicted for gross violation of residential regulations.
