The MoU further stipulates that NUL will support ECoL in the development of assessment tools and to assess ECoL’s processes related to assessments. Thus, NUL shall, among others, establish a quality assurance unit that will be charged with the mandate to ensure that all ECoL examinations processes are valid, accurate, credible and timely executed.
